Strengthen the safety technical education and training for the operators of electric single-beam hoisting machinery, so as to hold a certificate to work; use the crane strictly in accordance with the requirements of the operating procedures, before operation, we must carefully check the operation of the various agencies and the effectiveness of safety devices, timely discovery of defects in the operation of equipment, timely treatment, and put an end to lifting. The machine is running ill, and it is prohibited to slanting off, overloading and hoisting.
Users of electric single-girder crane should pay attention to the inspection and maintenance of the running track, find the defects of the track to be eliminated, and prevent the crane from running with defects.
The clearance between the wheel flange and the side of the running track of the electric single-girder crane and the electric hoist should be within 3-5mm, and the width of the rail top surface of the electric single-girder crane should be compatible with the width of the wheel tread.
